Terms of Use
Last updated: February 7, 2026
MeasureMe is licensed, not sold. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for App Store apps. If there is a conflict between Apple’s EULA and these Terms, Apple’s EULA will govern.
MeasureMe provides informational insights based on user-entered data and optional HealthKit data. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional regarding health decisions.
Premium is offered as auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices and trial eligibility are displayed in the App at purchase time. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. The App stores your measurements, goals, settings, reminders, and photos on your device. If you export or share data, you control the destination and recipients.
If you choose to generate diagnostics, the App creates a file with device and app information (such as OS version, app version, counts of entries and photos, HealthKit status). You choose if and where to share it.
The App, branding, and content are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
